About Me

Hello, my name is Godwayne Songalia, a film score composer.

Music has always been a huge part of my life, and I began learning to play the guitar when I was just ten years old. It quickly became a obsession of mine, and I would spend hours practicing and playing around with different melodies and riffs.

When I was 14 years old, I composed my first song. It was a simple tune, but I was immensely proud of it. I knew then that music was what I wanted to do with my life. So, I continued to practice and learn as much as I could, picking up new instruments along the way such as the bass guitar, piano, and harmonica.

In my late teens, I discovered my love for film, and I started to create film scores for short, independent movies. It was an exciting experience, and I loved experimenting with different sounds and techniques to create the perfect soundtrack.

Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work on a variety of different film projects. I always try to let the story of the movie guide me in composing a score that can enhance the mood and emotion of the film.

While I have already had some success, I know that there will always be more to learn in the world of music. I am committed to continue honing my craft, experimenting with new sounds and styles, and growing as a composer. Music is my passion, and I can't wait to see where this journey will take me.
